| الوصف: | У статті наведено результати дослідження механізму взаємодії робочих органів ґрунтообробних та землерийних машин (РОГЗМ) з дисперсним середовищем ґрунту та побудовано математичну модель цього процесу. Показано, що взаємодія частинок ґрунту з робочою поверхнею РОҐЗМ, має стохастичний характер і під силовим впливом обумовлює вибіркове зношування. Зношування розглядається як необоротний дисипативний процес з густиною прикладеної зовнішньої енергії. The article describes the working mechanism of interaction of tillage and earthmoving machines WMIEM to disperse the soil environment and the mathematical model of the process. Showing accessories work surface WMIEM the terms of interaction with the soil under the influence of power, resulting in observed sample of abrasive wear. Correlation wear as irreversible dissipative process with applied external energy density. Revealed that the formation of geometric shapes WMIEM in friction and wear is based on changes in the characteristics of the environment and the soil round the nature of its speed and relative motion. We study the patterns of contact with soil particles in the medium lower and upper surfaces of WO WMIEM and distribution of particles in the layer adjacent to the surface. Research subject WMIEM and their designs with cutting elements pointed bottom, top, both sides and blunt placed in the vertical and horizontal planes. Calculations are carried out on a PC to identify varying the deterministic and random components of the process for hardened wear and serial WMIEM. |
