الوصف: |
The home health care of COVID-19 patients is a very big challenge. The different therapeutic choices given by non-hospital doctors are often different and without a unique guideline. In this study, we constated the COVID-19 therapy with or without Hydroxychloroquine and with azithromycin in a family group given by the same doctor. Four family people were affected by SARS-CoV-2. They are divided into two small groups. The adult group hired Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and the child group only azithromycin. The outcome obtained were different. A male adult coming out is slower than the three female family people. This family case report collects the decisive choices in disease treatment and management. The results suggest a particular observation on child therapy and coming out. |
