The aim of this work is to describe the entrepreneurial context of the university student in a learning environment within the pandemic caused by COVID-19, as well as to know the entrepreneurial thinking patterns and their expectations. A survey was applied to 662 undergraduate students based on the educational philosophy of Work Integrated Learning (WIL), showing a general analysis by gender, focused mainly on women. The current context on virtual education and teaching, trends on entrepreneurial orientation, as well as individual entrepreneurship are shown. The first results found were that previous work experience, as well as taking risks, is essential to start entrepreneurship, being the fear of this in women the biggest obstacle. Leadership, persistence, responsibility and having technology for their development are also highlighted as fundamental aspects for a successful entrepreneurship. ; Este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir el contexto emprendedor del estudiante universitario en un ambiente de aprendizaje dentro de la pandemia provocada por el COVID-19, así como conocer los patrones de pensamiento emprendedor y sus expectativas. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 662 estudiantes de pregrado basado en la filosofía educativa del Work Integrated Learning (WIL), mostrando un análisis general por género, enfocado principalmente en mujeres. Se muestra el contexto actual sobre educación y enseñanza virtual, las tendencias sobre la orientación emprendedora, así como el emprendimiento individual. Los primeros resultados encontrados fueron que la experiencia laboral previa, así como el tomar riesgos es primordial para empezar a emprender, siendo el temor a éste en las mujeres el mayor obstáculo. Se destacan además como aspectos fundamentales para un emprendimiento exitoso el liderazgo, la persistencia, la responsabilidad y el contar con tecnología para su desarrollo. |
