Запропоновано використання математичного апарату стохастичних мереж відкритого типу для визначення показника ефективності службово-бойового застосування об’єднаного угруповання сил охорони правопорядку. Надано методику визначення значень елементів матриці ймовірностей передач щільностей потоку подій (протиправних актів) по вузлах (військових частинах) стохастичної мережі (району проведення антитерористичної операції). |
