腹部超音波検査にて偶然発見され,外科的に切除・確認した副腎骨髓脂肪腫の1例を報告する.症例は47才男性,腹部超音波検査にて高エコーを呈する右副腎腫瘍を指摘された. CTにてfat densityを示し,やや不均-な内部構造を有していた.内分泌学的には無機能であった.組織学的には脂肪組織に骨髄類似の造血組織が混在する特徴ある所見が得られた. |
