| الوصف: | Turizm sektörü hem ülkelerinin tanımının yapılması hem döviz girişi yaratması sebebiyle ülkelerin ayrıca önem verdikleri bir sektör konumundadır. Turizm sektörü ayrıca İstihdam, sosyal ve çevresel etkileri, bölgesel sürdürülebilir kalkınma çalışmaları açısından da önem arz etmektedir. Bu sektör ülkelerin taşıdıkları risk, terör olayları, politik, siyasi ve ekonomik durum, ülkelerin stratejik konumu ve turist gönderecek ülkelerin bakış açısına göre oldukça hassas bir etkilenme gösterebilen de bir sektördür. Bu sektörü canlı tutabilmek, turist akışının hız kesmeden ayrıca artan şekilde sağlanabilmesi ülkelerin de çabaya girmelerini gerektirmektedir.. Bu çalışmada BIST Turizm endeksinde işlem gören 7 adet halka açık firmanın 2010-2021 yılları arasında finansal performansları performans analizleri ile incelenecektir. Performans analizleri Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, M2 ve Omega oranları ile yapılacaktır. Ayrıca BIST Turizm endeksinin 2010-2021 yılları arasındaki volatilite yapısı da incelenecektir. The purpose of the study is to reveal the performance of the firms in the BIST Tourism index by using the methods used in the performance measurement of firms, financial products and portfolios, and to guide the investors in their investment decisions and the managers in order to see the current situation in the sector and competition. In this study, the stock performances of 7 publicly traded companies traded in the BIST Tourism index between 2012 and 2021 were examined. Performance analyzes were made using Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, Sortino and Omega methods. It has been determined that the performance measurement methods used give results close to each other. According to the findings, Petrokent and Altın Yunus were the most successful companies in 4 methods, while Tek-Art was the least performing. |
