The presented course work is devoted to the study of a 220 kV overhead line using nonlinear surge arresters with a spark gap connected in series. The analysis of the theoretical material of lightning-proofness of overhead lines and reverse overlaps is carried out. The paper presents the modeling of the process of overlapping the linear insulation of a support in a situation of a lightning strike into a lightning protection cable using the EMTP-RVС / software package. This study presents an analysis of the lightning protection of a 220 VK overhead line without considering the use of a line arrester with an external spark gap and taking into account its use. |
