| Abstract (English): | This is a comparative jurisprudential research entitled: (The weightings of al-Shaykh ʻAbd Allāh ibn ʻAbd-al-Raḥmān al-Bassām in the judiciary, through the following books of his: Taysīr al-ʻAllām sharḥ ʻUmdat al-aḥkām, Tawḍīḥ al-aḥkām min Bulūgh al-marām, and Nayl almaʼārib fī Tahdhīb sharḥ ʻUmdat al-ṭālib. This research included: an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter contains a brief biography of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam, and the second chapter contains five issues related to judiciary from the books of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam, may Allah have mercy on him Finally, the conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations. | Abstract (Arabic): | هذا بحث فقهي مُقارن بعنوان: (ترجيحات الشيخ عبد الله بن عبدالرحمن البسام، في القضاء؛ وذلك من خلال كتب الشيخ الآتية: تيسير العلّام شرح عمدة الأحكام، توضيح الأحكام من بلوغ المرام، ونيل المآرب في تهذيب شرح عمدة الطالب. وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدّمة، ومبحثين ، المبحث الأول فيه ترجمة موجزة للشيخ عبد الله البسام رحمه الله والمبحث الثاني وفيه خمس مسائل متعلقة بالقضاء من كتب الشيخ عبد الله البسام رحمه الله. وأخيرًا احتوى هذا البحث على خاتمة ذكرتُ فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
