| Abstract (English): |
The agricultural park is a new growth point for the transformation of the agricultural industry. Under the driving mechanism of intensive production and large-scale operation, it has promoted the promotion and popularization of modern agricultural technology and promo- ted the development and prosperity of rural economy. Taking the park as a material foundation, based on agricultural resources, with the help of industrial infiltration, crossing and reorganization, it has achieved the integration and development of agricultural and cultural tourism, and has become a new engine for rural revitalization. This paper takes the agricultural park as the research object, and through the planning and practice case of Nanjing Jiangning Dasheng Agricultural Science and Technology Industrial Park, from how to stimulate the industrial vitality of agricultural areas, how to organize the space module in the area, how to shape the characteristic agricultural ecological landscape, combined with the external conditions and internal needs of the park, the design ideas are analyzed and summarized based on planning practice under the perspective of the integration of the three industries. It summarizes and proposes a planning and design strategy that is compatible with the new multifunctional agricultural complex, rationalize the relationship between the three factors of the agricultural park industry, space, and land-scape, and puts forward reference opinions for the construction and development of agricultural parks under the background of rural revitalization. 农业园区是农产业转型的新增长点, 在生产集约化、经营规模化的驱动机制下, 促进了现代农业技术的推广普及, 推动了农村经 济的发展与繁荣。以园区为物质基础, 立足农业资源, 借助产业渗透、交叉和重组等方式, 实现农文旅融合发展, 成为乡村振兴的新引 擎。以农业园区为研究对象, 通过南京江宁大生农业科技产业园规划实践案例, 从如何激发农业地区产业活力、如何组织片区内在空间 模块、如何塑造特色农业生态景观三大规划难点入手, 综合农产业园区的外部条件与内在需求, 开展三产融合视角下基于规划实践的设 计思路剖析与总结。归纳并提出与新型多功能农业综合体相适应的规划设计策略, 理顺农业园区产业、空间、景观三要素之间的关系, 为乡村振兴背景下的农业园区建设与发展提出参考性意见。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
