    مصطلحات موضوعية: Research in the educational field highlights that first years of uni- versity attendance are crucial to prevent dropouts and at the same time very hard as the transition from late adolescence to adulthood takes place (Arnett, Cuijpers et al., 2019), transition which often coincides with the onset of some problems, including emo- tional and mental disorders (De Girolamo, Dagani, Purcell, Coc- chi, &, McGorry, Kessler et al., Auerbach et al., 2018). The paper aims to present the definition and realisation of a ques- tionnaire to assess university students’ well-being at the stages con- sidered. The evaluation tool was administered at the end of the “Methodology of Education Research” course of the bachelor’s de- gree in educational sciences, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The main objective of the questionnaire is to verify whether certain methodological and content aspects of the course have contributed to students’ well-being promotion and if there is a link between well-being and transversal skills enhancement. Real- ised taking into consideration results from the pedagogical research field, the evaluation tool is intended as a valuable assessment in- strument for academic institutions seeking to investigate the im- pact of specific learning experiences, both in didactic and evaluative terms, on the students’ well-being level and to define specific actions for students’ mental health enhancement.
