مصطلحات موضوعية: 5÷300 vòng/phút. Thiết bị gia nhiệt hóa rắn chuyên dụng: nhiệt độ gia nhiệt 40-90o C, độ lệch nhiệt độ tại các vị trí ±2o C. Sơ đồ quy trình chế tạo hỗn hợp phủ chống cháy được mô tả ở hình 2. Hình 2. Sơ đ ồ quy trình chế tạo vỏ chống cháy cho nhiên liệu ballistit. Hỗn hợp polyme - chất độn thu được bằng phương pháp trộn PBMA và bột mica theo tỷ lệ 1:1, thời gian 10-40 phút ở nhiệt độ 80-90o C để thu được hỗn hợp đồng nhất, sau đó làm nguội đến 20o C. Sử dụng máy khuấy chân không hòa tan hoàn toàn peroxit bằng BMA trư ớc khi trộn cùng với hỗn hợp polyme - chất độn trong thời gian 100-120 phút. Sau khi thu được hỗn hợp đồng nhất, cho polyeste không no ПН-609-21M và chất xúc tiến hóa rắn vào tiếp tục trộn, độ chân không p≤10 mm Hg, trong thời gian 10-20 phút. Hỗn hợp tạo thành được sử dụng để phủ chống cháy cho thỏi nhiên liệu ballistit bằng phương pháp rót. Nhiệt độ hóa rắn lựa chọn là 45-50o C, thời gian hóa rắn 10-20 giờ. Công đoạn hóa rắn được thực hiện trên thiết bị gia nhiệt do Viện Thuốc phóng Thuốc nổ chế tạo. Phương pháp nghiên cứu - Nghiên cứu lựa chọn thành phần hỗn hợp chống cháy. - Độ phân tán đồng đều chất độn chống cháy bằng kính hiển vi điện tử. - Nghiên cứu tối ưu hóa thời gian hóa rắn hỗn hợp chống cháy bằng cách đánh giá độ bền vỏ chống cháy và dính nhiên liệu - vỏ chống cháy. - Kiểm tra sự bong tách nhiên liệu - vỏ chống cháy bằng thiết bị chụp X-quang New oriental 1000 CA . Hỗn hợp polyme - chất độn thu được bằng phương pháp trộn PBMA và bột mica theo tỷ lệ 1:1, sau đó Research and development of a fireproof coating under low-temperature conditions for ballistite fuel for a main rocket engine Van Hung Nguyen, Huu Thanh Tran, Van Khuong Pham, Van Diep Doan, Duc Long Nguyen Institute of Propellants and Explosives, General Department of Defense Industry Received 8 November 2022, accepted 9 December 2022 Abstract: This paper presents the results of manufacturing an inhibitor layer for double-base propellant grain, with 3.5% dinitrotoluene. Curing system based on polybutylmetaacrylate and unsaturated polyester. Optimal technology parameters: curing temperature 45-50o C, curing time is 12-16 hours, diethylaniline content 0.5-1%. The post-curing material has high mechanical properties (tensile strength up to 16.2 MPa, fuel adhesion strength - flame retardant shell up to 3.8 MPa). Static and burning testing results at the Institute of Propellants and Explosives, General Department of Defence Industry meet the requirements. The research results are an important step forward in combining scientific theory and practice in manufacturing fireproof shells for ballistite fuel ingots at low temperature, supplementing existing technologies in Vietnam, and meeting the requirements of rocket industry development in the coming time.
