This approach directly addresses the need to enhance the clinical competencies of master's students by providing an interactive and safe platform for practicing essential skills. The study focused on theoretically evaluating the potential of virtual clinical simulators and exploring the perceptions of both teachers and students toward their implementation. Through a thorough review of scientific literature and best educational practices in the medical field, the expected effectiveness of these simulators was analyzed in detail. The methodology integrated the collection of qualitative and quantitative data through surveys and interviews, focusing on participants' perceptions of the utility and benefits of this educational technology. The results revealed widespread and positive perceptions among participants. Both teachers and students expressed high expectations that clinical simulators in virtual environments will significantly enhance clinical preparation. They highlighted improved flexibility and accessibility compared to traditional educational methods. However, significant challenges related to technological infrastructure and the necessary training to maximize the benefits of this educational tool were identified. In conclusion, the integration of clinical simulators in virtual environments not only demonstrates transformative potential but also underscores the urgent need to address technological and training challenges for effective implementation. This innovative approach promises to significantly enhance critical nursing education, meeting contemporary demands for practical and accessible learning
