مصطلحات موضوعية: 本研究透過便利取樣邀請一對養育多障兒父母為研究對象,採質性研究中的詮釋現象典範進行研究設計與資料分析,透過對偶訪談及個別訪談探究共親職經驗與形成良好共親職關係的要素,了解父母養育多障兒從出生至青少年階段所經歷的逆境、韌性展現。研究發現如下:一、父母共同經歷的逆境包含:(一)養育多障兒經常性挑戰;(二)多障兒成長階段轉換的新挑戰;(三)福利政策、補助與真實需求的落差;(四)家中長輩的不諒解。正向經驗包含:(一)遇見貴人:一位好的職能治療師;(二)融洽的夫妻關係。二、父親個別經歷的逆境包括:(一)傳統宗教思想的落井下石;(二)全職爸爸的性別角色衝突及生命意義感困惑。韌性展現包括:(一)積極吸收資訊、因應當前問題,穩住家庭;(二)在「修理」中找到快樂與自我價值(三)賭博般的堅毅性格,不向命運低頭;(四)看見逆境的正向意義;(五)用行動展現對孩子的愛與責任。三、母親個別經歷的逆境包括:(一)被迫改變的工作型態;(二)隨著孩子長大,個人喘息時間不斷壓縮。韌性展現包括:(一)隨遇而安,願意忍讓以大局為重;(二)眼不見為淨與正向思考;(三)對孩子的復健保有耐心,適性調整期待;(四)開始拓展人際關係;(五)安排並享受與孩子進行休閒活動。四、共親職中,父母親職參與的情形為「分工合作模式:母主生活起居,父主學習復健,必要時互相補位」,教養聯盟則出現「嚴父與慈母教養理念與行為的對立、相互抵制」與「外婆與母親結盟抵制父親」的情形,逐漸走向「相互理解、目標一致,教養分歧反轉為互補」。而不論在親職參與方面的分工或教養聯盟的互動、決策中,多障兒的外婆皆出現分擔與干涉行為。五、建立良好共親職關係要素:(一)目標一致;(二)溝通檢討的習慣;(三)支持的行動;(四)找到互補的合作方式;(五)突破傳統性別分工,共同承擔教養責任。 依據研究發現,提出討論與建議。期許資源與關注不僅是在身心障礙者本身,父母或照顧者的心理健康也能受到重視。, This study invited one pair of parents who raised a child with multiple disabilities through convenience sampling. Both parents participated in pair and individual interviews to explore averse and resilient experiences in their co-parenting practices from their child’s birth till adolescence. Interpretive phenomenon model was utilized to guide this qualitative research and data analysis. Research findings were listed below:1.The adversities experienced by both parents included: (1) Constant challenges of raising a child with multiple disabilities, (2) New challenges resulting from developmental transitions from childhood to adolescent, (3) Welfare policies and subsidies provided by the government didn’t meet what parents really needed, (4) Lack of understanding and support from their parents. Finding a good occupational therapist and maintaining a good marital relationship were positive experiences. 2.The adversities experienced by the father included: (1) Unfriendly traditional religious beliefs, (2) Gendered role conflict and confusion about the meaning of life as a stay-at-home dad. His resilience was observed from: (1) Actively learning and searching for useful information to solve current parenting and family difficulties, (2) Finding happiness and self-worth in “fixing” his child, (3) A persevering personality that never gave up or bowed to fate, (4) Making positive meaning of adversities, (5) Showing love and responsibility for the child through actions. 3.The adversities experienced by the mother included: (1) Involuntary job changes, (2) Continuously shorten personal respite time as the child grew older. Her resilience included: (1) Accepting adversities and making compromises, (2) Holding positive thinking and being willing to let go, (3) Being patient with progress of her child’s rehabilitation and readjusting expectations appropriately, (4) Beginning to develop relationships, (5) Arranging and enjoying leisure activities with children.4.“Division of labor and cooperation model” were adopted in their parental involvement. The mother took care of the child’s daily routines, while the father was in charge of the child’s rehabilitation and learning. Both parents would take over each other’s parenting duties when necessary. “Exhibiting opposition and undermining each other in terms of their parenting beliefs and practices of being a strict father and a loving mother” and “forming alliance between grandmother and mother against father’s parenting practices” were portrayed as the parenting alliance of this family. Once the parenting conflicts were resolved, both parents reached a mutual understanding and shared a mutual goal for their parenting practices. Maternal grandmother’s involvement and interference to the parenting alliance was observed. 5.The study found beneficial factors to establish a good co-parenting relationship were both parents (1) shared the same goals, (2) had routines to communicate, (3) provided support mutually, (4) found complementary ways to cooperate, (5) broke through the traditional gendered division of labor and shared parenting responsibility. Based on research findings, discussions and suggestions were provided
