    مصطلحات موضوعية: Implementation, Sharing Strategy, Innovation, Learning Outcomes, Abstrak Guru yang baik adalah yang selalu memiliki inovasi dan variasi dalam mengajar, guna mencapai hasil belajar yang baik. Pembelajaran fiqh di kelas 1 intensif F kurang optimal, seperti yang kita ketahui batas nilai KKM di pondok ini adalah 4,9 tetapi kelas 1 intensif f hanya mencapai skor 4,48 yaitu 26 siswa dari 38 siswa yang belum lulus atau 68,42% dan hanya 12 siswa yang lulus atau 31,57%. Hal ini dikarenakan strategi mengajar guru yang monoton. Dengan ini peneliti menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar siswi KMI kelas 1 intensif F pada mata pelajaran fiqih, 2. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswi KMI kelas kelas 1 intensif F pada mata pelajaran fiqih. Jenis penelitian ini berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dengan mengikuti model Kurt Lewwin, penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Kampus 2, tepatnya di kelas 1 intensif F tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. Menerapkan strategi Active Knowledge Sharing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan 2. Keaktifan siswa. Pada siklus I hasil keaktifan siswa mencapai 77,27%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 79,15%. Hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai 84,84%, dan pada siklus II meningkat 93,93%, Abstract A good teacher is one who always has innovation and variety in teaching, in order to achieve good learning outcomes. Fiqh learning in the class one intensive F is less than optimal, as we know the KKM value limit in this lodge is 4.9 but class 1 is intensive f only achieved a score of 4,48, namely 26 students out of 38 students who have not graduated or 68.42 % and only 12 students who have graduated or 31.57%.This is because the teacher's teaching strategy is monotonous. Namely the Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy.1. For knowing enhancement liveliness study student KMI class 1 intensive F on the eyes lesson fiqh, 2. For knowing enhancement results study KMI class 1 intensive F on the eye lesson fiqh. Type study this in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). With following Kurt Lewwin 's model. Classroom Action Research implemented in 2 cycles, which include: planning, observation, and reflection. Research results is: 1. Implementing an Active Knowledge Sharing strategy can increase results learning and 2. Active students . In the first cycle the results liveliness student reached 77,27%, then increased in the second cycle by 79,15 %. Learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 84,84%, and in the second cycle increased 93,93 %. Based on study this
