In fact, some cards are attached to the volume on the substance and state of preservation of the cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in Dubrovnik (Croatia), of the villas Valguarnera and Palagonia in Bagheria (near Palermo, Italy), of the monument to the Immaculate and one of the towers of the church of San Domenico in Palermo (Italy). The volume is enriched by the presentation and afterword by Francesco Tomaselli that, among other things, starting from the definition of Restoration expressed by Tommaso Maria Napoli in his book, presents a stimulating reflection on the meaning of Restoration.
