مصطلحات موضوعية: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití techniky difuzního gradientu v tenkém filmu (DGT) pro stanovení platiny. V teoretické části je popsána platina jako prvek, její vstup do životního prostředí, osud v něm a také toxicita tohoto kovu. Dále je zde charakterizována technika difuzního gradientu v tenkém filmu současné poznatky o ní a její využitelnost pro stanovení platiny. V experimentální části jsou prováděny pilotní testy této techniky se sorbenty Chelex 100, Dowex 50, Amberlite XAD7 a modifikovaným C18 silikagelem. Je zde zhodnocena využitelnost těchto sorbentů pro stanovení platiny pomocí techniky DGT. Závěrem této práce je zjištění, že tyto sorbenty nejsou vhodné pro stanovení platiny pomocí techniky DGT, ale že samotná technika, po další optimalizaci, je pro tento účel využitelná, This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of using the diffusion gradient in thin films (DGT) technique for determination of platinum. The theoretical part describes platinum, its ways of entering the environment, its fate there and the toxicity of this metal. Furthermore the difusion gradient in thin films technique is described, including the current knowledge about it and its suitabilty for determinig platinum. In the experimental part pilot tests are carried out with the sorbents Chelex 100, Amberlite XAD7 a modified C18 silikagel. The suitability of these sorbents for determining platinum via DGT is evaluated. As a result of this work it is determined, that these sorbent are not suitable for determining platinum, but that the DGT technique, after more optimalization, is applicable for this purpose
