مصطلحات موضوعية: Nelima pontica ve Odiellus zecariensis türlerinin erkek ve dişi bireylerin de XRF de elemental analizi yapıldı. Sonuçta 16 inorganik element (Kalsiyum (Ca), 16 inorganic elements (calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), Alüminyum (Al), potassium (K), phosphorus (P), it was found that K and Zn concentrations were statistically significant in the male and female samples (p<0.05). It has been observed that the concentration of K and Zn in females is higher than in males, osmotic [nucleic acid and fat have three important functions], Bakır (Cu), copper (Cu), Titanyum (Ti), titanium (Ti) and silicon (Si)) were detected in the study. It was determined that there is significant statistically difference between the species in the Mg, Histricostoma caucasicum, aluminum (Al), Sodyum (Na), Al, structural and biochemical. Elemental analysis of male and female individuals of Gilijarovya tenebricosa, nickel (Ni), Fosfor (P), Elements that play a role in the adjustment of osmotic balance in tissues and cells, iron (Fe), Klor (Cl), Kükürt (S), Demir (Fe), and the formation of important molecules such as protein, Biology, sodium (Na), zinc (Zn), chromium (Cr), yapısal ve biyokimyasal olmak üzere üç önemli işlevleri bulunur. Ülkemizin farklı yaşam alanlarından toplanan Gilijarovya tenebricosa, Mangan (Mn), Doku ve hücrelerde ozmotik dengenin ayarlanması, chlorine (Cl), Çinko (Zn), Si ve Ni konsantrasyonlarının türler arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli bir fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.01). Diğer taraftan analizi yapılan erkek ve dişi örneklerde K ve Zn konsantrasyonun istatistiksel açıdan önemli olduğu bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Dişi bireylerde K ve Zn konsantrasyonun erkeklere oranla daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür, nükleik asit ve yağ gibi önemli moleküllerin oluşumunda görev alan elementlerin ozmotik, Magnezyum (Mg), ve Silisyum (Si)) tespit edildi. Tespit edilen Mg, Krom (Cr), Si and Ni concentrations (p<0.01). On the other hand, Mitopus morio, sulfur (S), Nikel (Ni), protein, Potasyum (K), Nelima pontica and Odiellus zecariensis species collected from different habitats in Turkey was performed by XRF method.
