半自動化調劑設備對診所藥局藥事服務成本效益比之研究 ; Study on Cost-effectiveness Ratio of Semi-Automatic Subcontracting Medicine Dispensing Equipment to Pharmacy Service of Clinic Pharmacy ; 本研究主要探討診所或社區藥局導入半自動化包藥機後，藥師使用後對所購得的包藥機進行評價，並進行半自動化包藥機的市場分布及調查，讓想要採購半自動化包藥機的診所及社區藥局藥師，在採買前能有更多的資訊以供參考。隨著時代的演進，藥師的角色也跟著改變，除了基本的調劑外，還要負責藥物資詢、藥品進出貨管理、藥品效期監控、臨床回報藥品成效、反映問題處方、社區健康教育演講、中藥管理及調劑、藥品販售等等多項業務，業務繁重；且因將藥品依品項分成數個塑膠袋包裝，病人經常會漏吃其中的某一種藥或忘了曾經吃過而重複吃兩次同一種藥。因此導入半自動化分包藥調劑設備協助藥師調劑工作，不但可降低藥師調劑處方的工作負荷，可挪出時間進行其他服務，且可減少消費者漏吃藥品或多吃藥品的風險，提高專業服務品質。但是在台灣販售的半自動化包藥機種類繁多，診所或藥局新購時要選擇時，常因資訊不足所以選擇時十分困擾，因此本研究將目前市場上佔有率較高的半自動化包藥機進行調查，也將藥師對該機型使用的評價進行調查統計，可當作初次購買或是要更新設備的單位在採購半自動化包藥機時有客觀的使用評價作為依據。 ; This research mainly explores the clinic or community pharmacy after introducing the semi-automatic packaging machine, the pharmacist evaluates the purchased packaging machine after using it, and conducts market distribution and investigation of the semi-automatic packaging machine, so that you want to purchase semi-automatic packaging machine The clinics and community pharmacies pharmacists of the packaging machine can have more information for reference before purchasing. With the evolution of the times, the role of pharmacists has also changed. In addition to basic adjustments, they are also responsible for drug consultation, drug purchase and delivery management, drug expiration monitoring, clinical reporting of drug effectiveness, problematic prescriptions, community health education speeches, Chinese medicine management and preparation, drug sales, etc. are heavy duty and because the medicines are divided into several plastic bags according to the product items, patients often miss one of the medicines or forget to take them before and repeatedly take two same medicines again. Therefore, the introduction of semi-automated subcontracted medicine dispensing equipment to assist pharmacists in the dispensing work can not only reduce the workload of pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, free up time for other services, and reduce the risk of consumers skipping or taking more medicines, and improve professional services quality. However, there are many types of semi-automated drug packaging machines sold in Taiwan. When a clinic or pharmacy has to choose a new purchase, it is often troublesome to choose due to lack of information. Therefore, this study takes the semi-automated packaging machine that currently has a higher market share. The drug machine is surveyed, and the pharmacist's evaluation of the use of the model is also investigated and statistics, which can be used as the basis for the objective use evaluation of the unit that purchases the equipment for the first time or needs to update the equipment when purchasing the semi-automatic packaging machine.
