مصطلحات موضوعية: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití techniky difuzního gradientu v tenkém filmu (DGT) pro stanovení platiny. V teoretické části je popsána platina jako prvek, její vstup do životního prostředí, osud v něm a také toxicita tohoto kovu. Dále je zde charakterizována technika difuzního gradientu v tenkém filmu současné poznatky o ní a její využitelnost pro stanovení platiny. V experimentální části jsou prováděny pilotní testy této techniky se sorbenty Chelex 100, Dowex 50, Amberlite XAD7 a modifikovaným C18 silikagelem. Je zde zhodnocena využitelnost těchto sorbentů pro stanovení platiny pomocí techniky DGT. Závěrem této práce je zjištění, že tyto sorbenty nejsou vhodné pro stanovení platiny pomocí techniky DGT, ale že samotná technika, po další optimalizaci, je pro tento účel využitelná, This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of using the diffusion gradient in thin films (DGT) technique for determination of platinum. The theoretical part describes platinum, its ways of entering the environment, its fate there and the toxicity of this metal. Furthermore the difusion gradient in thin films technique is described, including the current knowledge about it and its suitabilty for determinig platinum. In the experimental part pilot tests are carried out with the sorbents Chelex 100, Amberlite XAD7 a modified C18 silikagel. The suitability of these sorbents for determining platinum via DGT is evaluated. As a result of this work it is determined, that these sorbent are not suitable for determining platinum, but that the DGT technique, after more optimalization, is applicable for this purpose

The concrete robot of choice is King Spider by ROBOTIS and the simulation was carried out in the ROS software framework using multiple programming languages., Cílem této diplomové práce bude objasnit problematiku biologicky inspirovaného robota hexapod. Teoretická část této práce stručně pojednává o fyzikální podstatě a možném využití v dnešní době. Praktická část této práce se bude zabývat řízením skutečného modelu a simulací robota hexapod. Jako fyzický model bude využit King Spider od firmy ROBOTIS a k simulaci tohoto robota poslouží framework ROS a několik dalších programovacích jazyků.

The sample consists of 50 preschool teachers from Dolenjska who educate 3-4 year old children. Using independent sample t-tests, t-test za neodvisne vzorce, we rejected all five hypotheses, learning methodologies, anketni vprašalnik, which means that the differences in how much teachers of different levels of education employ musical physical/sport activities, In this thesis, we survey teachers with questionnaires to determine the importance of physical/sport activities for 3-4 year old children, how many activities they do, how frequen, predšolski otrok, and learning types are most common in preschool education. The theoretical part presents the physical development of 3-4 year old children and focuses on the importance of physical activities for children’s motoric and wholesome development. It also describes development kits suitable for implementing a real-time operating system and lists the communication protocols used for network communication. Next, the procedure for connection via Ethernet is explain and the functions of individual applications are described.
