مصطلحات موضوعية: The fragmentation of scientific knowledge makes it increasingly esoteric. To go in the opposite direction we bet on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), more specifically, in the use of the Instagram platform with the objective of problematizing the relevance of the profile All going! Down the drain! contextualizing the scientific knowledge about oceanic zones, disseminating and popularizing scientific knowledge about the theme. The present work was developed from an activity in the discipline of Seminar on Education in Science and Biology inserted in the Curricular Matrix of the Degree Course in Biological Sciences at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Methodologically, the construction took place in three stages: immersion, construction and validation. We used a visual strategy that emphasizes the segmentation of posts in the feed following a zoning pattern, which refers to the deepening in layers of ocean water according to the availability of light and addresses knowledge such as epipelagic and abyssal zones and curiosities on the subject. In terms of horizons, the profile initially created to meet the proposal of dissemination about oceanic zones can expand its scope of knowledge and dissemination, La fragmentación del conocimiento científico se puede observar en la forma aislada en que se abordan los diversos objetos de estudio dentro y fuera del salón de clases. Esta súper especialización hace que el conocimiento sea cada vez más esotérico. Para ir en el sentido contrario apostamos por el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC), más concretamente, en el uso de la plataforma Instagram con el objetivo de problematizar la pertinencia del perfil Tudo indo. Por água abaixo! como estrategia para contextualizar el conocimiento científico sobre las zonas oceánicas, difusión y divulgación del conocimiento científico acerca de la temática. Este trabajo se desarrolló a partir de una actividad evaluativa de la disciplina de Seminário de Educação em Ciências e Biologia inserta en la Matriz Curricular del Curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas de la Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). Metodológicamente, la construcción se llevó a cabo en tres etapas: inmersión en el tema, construcción de la estrategia y validación del producto. Para la presentación de los contenidos utilizamos una estrategia visual que valora la segmentación de los posts en el feed siguiendo un patrón de zonificación, que se refiere a la profundización de capas de agua del océano según la disponibilidad de luz en esas regiones y aborda conocimientos como zonas epipelágicas, abisales y curiosidades del tema. En términos de horizontes, el perfil creado inicialmente para cumplir con la propuesta de divulgación acerca de las zonas oceánicas puede ampliar su alcance de conocimiento y difusión. Además, esperamos que en el futuro otros profesores puedan utilizar esta y otras plataformas como recursos para la contextualización y problematización de conocimientos, Instagram, Ensino de ciências, zonas oceânicas
