    Relation: Cryo-EM samples were prepared at the Centre for Cellular Imaging at the University of Gothenburg. Cryo-EM sample screening and data collection were performed at the cryo-EM Swedish National Facility in Stockholm, Sweden funded by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg, Family Erling Persson and Kempe Foundations, SciLifeLab, Stockholm University, and Umeå University. We thank Julian Conrad, Karin Walldén, Michael Hall, and Marta Carroni for the technical assistance in data collection and the advice on the reconstruction of the electron density maps.
