مصطلحات موضوعية: 本研究旨在探討前瞻性因應對臺灣大學生生涯調適之影響，以瞭解大學生在生涯準備上可能面臨的挑戰與因應。本研究採問卷調查法，以20歲以上的臺灣地區大專校院在學學生為研究對象，以網路問卷型式蒐集資料，分別採取前瞻性因應量表、生涯決策自我效能量表、生涯調適力量表等研究工具進行資料收集，共得319份有效樣本。結果發現：1.大學生的前瞻性因應能力具有中等以上之表現水準。2.除了有無全職工作經驗的大學生在生涯決策自我效能呈現顯著差異外，其他背景變項則無顯著差異。3.前瞻性因應、生涯決策自我效能和生涯調適力間具有顯著正相關。4.生涯決策自我效能對前瞻性因應與生涯調適力間有部分中介效果，顯示生涯決策自我效能係使前瞻性因應發揮生涯調適效果的重要因素。基於研究結果建議大學生應主動進行自我探索，了解自我能力與優勢，並進行生涯規劃，也應培養前瞻性因應的能力，改善拖延問題並增加積極行動的機會；大專校院及各系所應提供多元管道或課程，協助學生了解市場需求，或多推廣產學合作，讓學生可探究真實工作環境；大專校院職涯輔導單位應以支援者的角色提供合適的生涯相關訊息，並強化前瞻性因應的觀點，鼓勵學生主動找到解決問題的方式，提升生涯決策的信心。, The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of prospective coping on career adjustment of Taiwanese college students, in order to understand the challenges and coping that Taiwanese college students may face in career preparation. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, taking undergraduate students over the age of 20 years old in Taiwan as the research objects, collecting data in the form of online questionnaires, using the Proactive Coping Inventory, Career Decision-Making Self-efficacy scale, and Career Adjustment Scale force respectively. There are a total of 319 valid samples were obtained. The results show that: 1.College students’ proactive coping has above average level. 2.Except college students with full-time work experience have significant differences in career decision-making self-efficacy, other background variables have no significant differences.3.There is a significant positive correlation among proactive coping, career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability.4.Career decision-making self-efficacy has a mediating effect on the relationship between proactive coping and career adaptability, indicating that career decision-making self-efficacy is an important factor for proactive coping to play a role in career adaptation. Based on the research results, it is suggested that college students should take the initiative to explore themselves, understand their own abilities and advantages, and make career plans. College students should cultivate the proactive coping, improve procrastination and increase opportunities for positive action, colleges and departments should provide multiple channels or courses to help students understand market needs, or promote industry-academia cooperation to give students opportunities explore the real working environment, career counseling units in colleges should act as supporters to provide appropriate career-related information, strengthen the perspective of forward-looking response, encourage students to take the initiative to find ways to solve problems, and enhance their confidence in career decision-making, psy, edu
