مصطلحات موضوعية: 本研究旨在探討新手諮商師面對督導的相處方式,探索新手諮商師在督導關係中與督導建立關係的困境和其調適方式。研究者整理相關的研究文獻作為詮釋學研究所需要的前架構,從新手諮商師的發展歷程為基礎,並整理受督導者曾遭遇的困境相關文獻,藉此了解新手諮商師在督導關係中所遭遇到的困境,在看見新手諮商師會採用何種策略面對困境後,進一步瞭解有效的策略。本研究以高達美詮釋學為基礎,並以深度訪談進行研究。 本研究經由訪談三位新手諮商師後,得出三份督導關係經驗文本,並分析文本的意義單元、共同主題、內在結構並進行個別詮釋與綜合詮釋,最後依據詮釋的結果與文獻對話來回答研究問題。研究發現:一、督導的位置轉換產生督導困境;當督導轉換至諮商師的位置時將導致雙重關係的發生,並容易引起新手諮商師的投射與移情,從而產生督導困境。二、新手諮商師的個人議題加劇權力不平等;新手諮商師容易因為過往的成長經驗,在督導關係中引發權威議題,進而加劇雙方的權力不平等。三、新手諮商師為避免直接衝突犧牲自身需求;新手諮商師常會為了避免與督導發生衝突,選擇壓抑負面的感受與合理化督導的行為,從而避免衝突的發生。四、依據研究發現提出相關的實務建議。, The purpose of this study was to examine the ways in which novice counselors deal with their supervisors and to explore the difficulties of novice counselors in building relationships with their supervisors and their ways of adjusting to them in the supervisory relationship. The researcher compiled relevant research literature as a pre-structure for the hermeneutic study, based on the developmental process of novice counselors and the literature on the dilemmas experienced by supervisees, in order to understand the dilemmas encountered by novice counselors in the supervisory relationship and to further understand effective strategies after seeing the strategies used by novice counselors to face the dilemmas. The study is based on Gadamer hermeneutics and in-depth interviews were used to conduct the study. This study obtained three experience texts of supervisory relationship after interviewing three novice counselors. Secondly, texts were analyzed as meaning units, common themes and internal structure, and conducted individual and composite interpretations of the texts. Finally, the research questions answered based on the interpretation results and literature dialogues. First, The transition of the supervisor's position creates a supervisory dilemma, when the supervisor changes to the position of the counselor, it will lead to the occurrence of dual relationships and easily causes novice counselors to project and empathize, thus resulting in the dilemma of supervision. Second, personal issues of novice counselors exacerbate power inequality, novice counselors are prone to raise authority issues in the supervisory relationship due to their past growth experiences, which will further exacerbate power inequality between the two parties. Third, novice counselors sacrifice their own needs to avoid direct conflict. Novice counselors often choose to suppress negative feelings and rationalize supervisory behaviors in order to avoid conflicts with supervisors, thereby avoiding conflicts.
