مصطلحات موضوعية: 更生人在出監後常常需要面臨各種挑戰，而同時具有愛滋、藥癮雙重污名的愛滋藥癮更生人，出監後須面臨的挑戰更是艱鉅。本研究主要目的在於了解出監後的愛滋藥癮更生人復歸社會時面臨哪些生活壓力事件和因應策略，以及探討愛滋藥癮更生人復歸社會之影響因素。邀請八位出監兩年內之受訪者，其中一位作為前導性研究，以訪談方式取得其出監後之生命經驗，以主題分析做為研究典範。研究結果發現：出監後的愛滋藥癮更生人於復歸社會時面臨生活事件及壓力主要有身分與其伴隨之汙名、工作與經濟、生活規劃與適應方面以及政府端的各項規定與聯繫等。而應對這些事件及壓力時，受訪者以認知或行為層面對應處理或逃避策略來因應。而影響愛滋藥癮更生人社會復歸之因素，主要從政府政策與非政府組織資源、受訪者原生背景、受訪者內在狀態等分別探討對於愛滋藥癮更生人社會復歸之影響。藉由研究結果能夠增加大眾對於愛滋藥癮更生人有更多認識，進而降低對於其身分之偏見與歧視，並提供給政策、社會及實務工作相關建議。, Rehabilitated persons often face various challenges after being released from prison.Especially the HIV-infected drug user face even more big challenges and compound discrimination and stigma after being released from prison. This study aims to understand the stress and coping strategies faced by HIV-infected drug user rehabilitated after being released from prison, and to explore the factors of their social rehabilitation.The study uses subject analysis as a research paradigm, inviting eight interviewees to talk about their social reintegration experiences, who had been out of prison for less than two years.The results of the study: When rehabilitated persons with HIV and drug use after being released from prison, they face major life pressures, which mainly include identity and compound discrimination and stigma, work and economics, career and adaptation, and various government regulations and connections. When dealing with these pressures, interviewees tend to use four strategies, such as cognitive process, cognitive avoidance, behavioral process and behavioral avoidance. As for the factors affecting the social recovery of the HIV drug Use rehabilitated persons, the impact on the social recovery of the subjects was discussed from the perspectives of government policies and NGO resources, the primary background of the interviewees.The research can increase public awareness of HIV-infected drug user, reduce prejudice and discrimination against their identities, and provide policy, social and practical advice
